    Have used these guys multiple times and cant recommend them enough, especially for heavy items. We had wood floors in our new home, so was a little stressed about getting the fridge safely to its location with no marks on the floor. These guys were excellent and took heaps of care, resulting in a damage-free move.

    Dshop = Dreadful quality, Dismal service. I ordered a TV cabinet/shelves and waited 10 days for them to arrive. When they arrived, they were dreadful. The wood was squashed and buckled and had pieces of laminate coming off where it wasnt squashed and the assembly holes dont even align. The squashed and buckled product wasnt a transport issue. It was purely a manufacturing quality issue. I took pictures of the cabinet/shelves that clearly show the extent of the faulty product. They offered a 30% discount on the product. Otherwise I have to pay $50 or more for the (heavy) shelves to be sent back, with no guarantee of a refund. Even though it is clear that they are impossible to use as is. I want my $169 back including postage.
