- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Dshop = Dreadful quality, Dismal service. I ordered a TV cabinet/shelves and waited 10 days for them to arrive. When they arrived, they were dreadful. The wood was squashed and buckled and had pieces of laminate coming off where it wasnt squashed and the assembly holes dont even align. The squashed and buckled product wasnt a transport issue. It was purely a manufacturing quality issue. I took pictures of the cabinet/shelves that clearly show the extent of the faulty product. They offered a 30% discount on the product. Otherwise I have to pay $50 or more for the (heavy) shelves to be sent back, with no guarantee of a refund. Even though it is clear that they are impossible to use as is.
